With a background of 20 years in the electronics and I.T. industries, Nigel has worked in a number of senior management posts, delivering outstanding performance in training & development roles, service management and programme management. 

With a passion for helping people, Nigel has been influential on many major Training and Learning programmes within Fujitsu and Capita, including a senior position on the NHS account as Training and Programme Manager. This role was attached to the ‘Fujitsu Connecting For Health National Service Desk’. Along with a team of full time and contracted Trainers, Nigel was also responsible for the training needs of the entire Fujitsu Service Desk account.
